Smoky Shrimp and Cheesy Grits
A Southern favorite! Creamy grits infused with sharp Australian White Cheddar Cheese, topped with Jumbo Shrimp sautéed with smoky bacon, herbs & spices.

Paired with Skylark Vineyards Alondra Chardonnay
This is Chardonnay in its natural state without any adornments of oak or malolactic fermentation, absolutely nothing except the flavor of the grape. fermented in stainless steel and then bottled to bring out the flavors of green apple and pear along with a little tropical pineapple and mango. Simply put, the flavors you usually have to search for behind the wood and winemaking techniques.
Mongolian Pork Chops with Horseradish Mashed Potatoes and Apple Braised Red Cabbage
Center cut, bone in pork chops marinated in a Mongolian-style sauce, then grilled to perfection and finished with a Hoisin reduction and spicy Chinese mustard sauce. Served with mashed Yukon Gold potatoes infused with Japanese horseradish and sweet apple braised red cabbage.

Paired with Mandolin Riesling
With its maritime influence, California's Monterey region has an extended growing season that yields wines with full flavor development and great acid balance. Mandolin Riesling features fresh peach and apricot notes, framed by firm acidity. The "off-dry" (slightly sweet) style makes the wine ideal with food.

Marmalade Lamb “Denver” ribs with Spicy Risotto and Sautéed Baby Carrot & Green Bean “Packages”
Tender USDA Choice lamb spareribs braised in an orange marmalade and white wine reduction, then finished on our char grill. Served up with a spicy fall-vegetable risotto and tender-crisp baby carrots and baby green beans sautéed in extra virgin olive oil and garlic.

Paired with Slingshot Cabernet Sauvignon
Slingshot's Napa Valley Cab is vibrant and precise, full of black fruit on the nose, with hints of purple sage. In the mouth black berries, fresh roasted coffee and caramel mingle with savory herbs and hints of vanilla. The flavors are framed by soft, round tannins and a burst of acidity.

Paired Madrigal Petite Sirah Port

The sheer joy of tending the vineyards of Napa Valley, bottled up in one small package! This Port brings refreshing brightness, with mid-level sweetness countered with radiant acidity. Charming aromas of plums and delicate white peach are tinged with earthy walnut. A silky richness fills the mouth with lively tart plums, black licorice and hints of white pepper. The wine’s well-integrated layers linger gracefully and deliciously.
